Born and raised in Merrillville, IN Van knew when he graduated from Purdue University that he wanted to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. After obtaining his Loan Officer and Realtor’s license he dived into the business working as a Loan Officer and quickly moved into an Assistant Branch Manager and then Branch Manager position. He’s continuously stood out from his peers as reflected in his many awards and accolades from his employers including leadership awards and top ten producing branch. After 20 years in the business, Van understands how important it is to keep current with the ever-changing industry and makes continuing education an integral part of his business so that he can help to educate his clients and provide the best home buying solution for them.

An active member of his community, along with participating in charity rides on his Harley Davidson, Van is also passionate about being involved with his church’s board, the local chamber of commerce, and the local Better Business Bureau. Above all, Van believes in honest, integrity, trust and providing the best possible personal experience for his clients.
