As a Columbian Sebastian has strong ties with his heritage but has been a proud Charlotte native since one years old. Starting in construction after high school, Sebastian always loved working in real estate and moved to the mortgage industry in 2018.

From mortgage operations to tailoring mortgage loan solutions, Sebastian knows every step of the mortgage process inside and out, having worked most roles during his time in the industry. This is what gives him the edge when working with clients, they are never left wondering what’s the next step.

His passion for real estate continues to grow everyday and his mission is to share this mission with as many homebuyers looking to find their piece of the American dream.

Outside of providing the lending experience you’ll love, Sebastian is a huge car enthusiast, and you’ll find him and his adorable pup ‘Rook’ driving around Charlotte or taking trips to the mountains for biking and snowboarding.
