Constant communication. Going into this for the first time can be scary, but Matt and his team not only kept us in the loop every step of the way, but also educated us about the entire process. Overall incredible experience!

The communication was horrible. I received a lot of important details VIA TEXT with little to no explanation. Phone calls went unanswered for days. The timeline of the closing was all over the place. The calculations I were given never added up. A lot of documents were not sent in a timely fashion (on Truloans end, not mine) There was no sense of urgency. It was a very unpleasant experience. Close to closing, this process got more and more devastating. up until the very last day. Everyone was waiting on Truloan. I ended up coming out of pocket way more than my Estimate. I think this would have been an easier process if the team was on the same page, No one was on the same page. For a second time home buyer, I must say this experience was the worst.
